Super cool and funky looking 1970’s Gruen super compressor diver’s model. Featuring a sharp 38mm curved block shaped case with two crowns, one for the time and day-date setting, and the other for the internal rotating bezel. The dial is possibly the most interesting aspect of the piece, with a black center, and a grey roulette style outer ring with white luminous hour markers. The hour and minute hands are black tritium filled, with a thin black sweep seconds hand. Water resistant design case, bearing the designation “600 FEET” on the dial.
