Super cool and futuristic looking thick saucer shaped Gruen automatic ref 383 circa 1970. Featuring 43 X 40 mm disk shaped case (think Ikepod or Tissot) with recessed crown, colorful bull’s eye dial with metallic blue center, outer white track with prominent silver indexes with red metallic inserts and elongated “radius” dial minute indexes. One piece water resistant design case with movement accessed through the top. Powered by highly rated self winding ETA caliber 2782 movement with sweep seconds and date. Great looking, colorful, and playful futuristic, post moderne design in very minty condition. Shown with patriotic red, white, and blue NATO style strap, or your choice of alternative colors or sporty leather 20mm strap. Includes recent service paper dated 11/2016 from Swatch Group service.
