A fine condition Patek Philippe Platinum and 18K rose gold Gondolo ref 5111PR-001. Featuring an impressive 35.5 mm x 48 mm rectangular case with raised high polish picture frame design. The stunning art deco inspired dial features a recessed textured center and subseconds bit with tapered rose gold markers and rose gold tapered alpha hour and minute hands. Powered by manual wind caliber 215 mechanical movement. The craftsmanship that Patek is known for is on full display on this watch. Every texture is executed beautifully and every detail is inspired. The sculpted slender hour and minute hands are mimic the tapered hour markers. The thin 11.8 mm case has a solid case back with a brushed finish. The watch is completed with the original chocolate brown exotic skin padded strap in excellent lightly used condition with platinum Patek buckle. Gondolo models are seen in various precious metal combinations, but we think the platinum and rose gold combination is quite a show stopper. This is a large watch befitting a wrist of at least 7.25 inches. At 48mm, the case is on the long side, so probably best suited for a wider wrist.
