Rolex Submariner ref 14060M 4 Lines “LGF” OCC Full Set circa 2009

Very sharp condition 4 line Rolex Submariner stainless steel ref 14060M produced in 2007 with original warranty card showing date of sale March 2009. Featuring a 40mm stainless steel case with sapphire crystal and unidirectional elapsed time bezel and engraved serial # inner rehaut. A very sharp condition example with flawless glossy black original dial with super luminova indexes and hands. Bezel insert free of scratches and with tight 12 link bracelet. The dial features the very desirable “four line” configuration, denoting the chronometer certification applied to this model in 2007. Oddly, Rolex introduced the chronometer movement 14060M in 2002, but did not display the chonometer rating on the dial until 2007. This may be the only case we are familiar with where Rolex did not designate a chronometer movement on its dial! This particular example is all the more special as it is the very scarce first generation version 4 line dial with so called LGF “Long Good F” in the depth rating. Very few of this model were produced with the long F and we definitely see this variation as a very collectible future classic. With Rolex heavy Oyster 93150 bracelet with 501B end pieces and with correct PJ8 date code flip lock clasp. Includes original Rolex warranty card dated 6/2008, serial #’d hang tag, vinyl sleeve, chronometer hang tag, and box.
