Description The infinite spiral is the universal symbol for gratitude, representing the unending cycle and powerful effects of gratitude and appreciation. Let this symbol be a daily reminder of that power and beauty. Gratitude begets gratitude. Circa early 2000’s, a very wise friend of mine asked me what my favorite human ability was. After thinking for a moment, I said “The ability to express ourselves through creativity.” He said “That’s a good one, I like that ability a lot.” Feeling quite pleased with myself, I asked “What’s your favorite human ability?” He replied “My favorite human ability is the ability to appreciate. Without our ability to feel appreciation, none of the wonderful things in life would mean anything to us.” I was utterly floored by this illumination of just how powerful appreciation is, and it stuck with me. Thus began my personal relationship with deepening my understanding, and appreciation, of gratitude. I start with solid 12 gauge sterling silver which gets hammer formed and shaped completely by hand into a beautiful and unique gratitude symbol with it’s own rustic texture, no two are ever the same. After the hammer forming, it gets meticulously refined, filed and polished by hand, to ensure that it is beautiful and long lasting. This necklace is made to order and each one is unique. THE DETAILS -Hand formed and hammer forged solid sterling gratitude symbol pendant with hammer texture. -Pendant measures 23.5mm (just under 1″) tall, 22mm (7/8″) wide, and about 1.5mm thickness (please expect very slight variations as these are hand forged). -Stamped on backside with .925 sterling stamp. -1.8mm black leather adjustable cord with sliding knots completes the design.
