Men’s Water Drop Necklace / Solid Sterling Silver / Rustic Hammer Forged Drop / Adjustable Leather Cord

Description A single drop of water… A most basic and elemental symbol, and yet one of such importance to our very existence. It represents not only a basis of life, but also speaks powerful truths about our existential significance. “In one drop of water are found all the secrets of all the oceans, in one aspect of you are found all the aspects of existence.” -Kahlil Gibran “Nothing is softer or more flexible than water, yet nothing can resist it.” -Lao Tzu I start with solid 12 gauge sterling silver which gets hammer formed and shaped completely by hand into a beautiful and unique drop with it’s own rustic texture, no two are ever the same. After the hammer forming, it gets meticulously refined, filed and polished by hand, to ensure that it is beautiful and long lasting. Finally it is knotted onto a simple black leather cord which is adjustable, to complete the piece. This drop can be rotated around to face upward or downward on the cord, depending on how you want to wear it (see photos for examples of both). This necklace is made to order and each one is unique, the one in the photos is sold and yours will be created just for you. THE DETAILS -Hand formed solid sterling silver rustic drop pendant with hammer texture. -Drop can rotate on cord to be worn facing upward or downward (photos show examples of both). -Drop pendant measures 37mm (just under 1 1/2″) length, 15mm (just under 5/8″) width at it’s widest point, and about 1.5mm thickness (please expect very slight variations as these are hand forged). -Stamped on backside with .925 sterling stamp. -1.8mm black leather adjustable cord with sliding knots completes the design.
